How To Stay Safe During The Upcoming Holiday Season
Stay Up-To-Date On The Most Recent COVID-19 Vaccinations
Updated bivalent boosters are now available for everyone ages 5 years and older who completed their primary COVID-19 vaccine series or received their last booster or additional dose at least two months ago.
It’s never too late to get your COVID primary series! Reach out to your Primary Care Physician, contact your local clinic/pharmacy, or visit our site to learn where you can stay up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations.
Get Your Flu Shot
All persons aged 6 months of age and older are encouraged to get the annual flu vaccination, with rare exceptions. You can save yourself the trouble of scheduling two separate clinic appointments by receiving both your flu shot and COVID-19 vax in the same encounter.
You can get your flu shot at any pharmacy, or click here to learn more about where to get your shot.
Additional Safety Measures
Plan around high-risk people you’ll be seeing.
Test when you experience COVID-19-like symptoms.
Avoid close contact with people who are symptomatic or not up-to-date on their vaccinations.
Wash your hands often with hot water and soap for at least 20 seconds.
